Return Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days of purchase.

If there are any issues with your purchase, please contact us within 5 days of delivery to make the necessary corrections.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

How to return an item

Please ship the item back to us in the original packaging, and include the invoice or order number, and reason for the return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method.


  • Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to us. 
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
