If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days of purchase.
If there are any issues with your purchase please contact us within 5 days of delivery to make the necessary corrections.
All items above $1,000 will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
How to return an item
Please ship the item back to us in the original packaging, and include the invoice or order number, and reason for the return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
